Cowper Court -- Sheltered Independent Living

Alexandra Guild Housing Association CLG (AGHA) was registered as a Company in 1982 and is a dedicated housing organisation. AGHA provides social and affordable rented housing to primarily older people who are capable of independent living.

Our vision is to provide a community where older people can live in secure and comfortable surroundings. AGHA aims to provide quality housing and services to enable people create a home and a community.

Cowper Court, our Sheltered Housing development on Cowper Road, Rathmines, has eighteen one-bed apartments, a guest room, four one-bed and one two-bed bungalows in a setting of manicured gardens belonging to an associated charity, the Mageough.
